Ideal budget accommodation. Great location (right next to the LUAS, 3 stops and you're in the city centre). Whole place was very new and clean. Nice en-suite. Would definitely stay again due to the very reasonable price.

Very very helpful staff and exceptionally nice location right next to tram stop, everything was nice. I had neat, new-fashioned room with comfortable bathroom, TV plus a good WiFi, had good night's sleep. An electric kettle, a dishwasher and refrigerators were provided😃

Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
The tram station right beneath the window made getting to the city center easy, and the cozy kitchen was a good bonus.
While the trams were close, they were a bit noisy, which might bother some light sleepers.

spotlessly clean rooms, easy walking distance to Phibsborough, shared kitchen facilities
This is student accommodation masquerading as a legit hotel!!! Limited amenities like towels and no soap. Check-out changed to an hour earlier with no notice!!! A bit of a downgrade from the usual hotel experience!!!
